The first mechanical connection:
Put the stainless steel support sleeve inside the pipe and connect it with the special PE for water break repair developed by jiantubao plastic. This method is for permanent restoration. Flange connection can also be used for pipes above dn110mm, but the connection process is different from that of small caliber. Cut out the broken pipe section, but make sure the length is sufficient to meet the requirements of flange joint installation. The third: electric fusion connection:
This repair method is very similar to the flange connection repair, but the difference is that the use of different welding technology to form a permanent non-leakage connection, not using the butt welding method to weld the pipe and flange joint ends, but using the welding sleeve to connect the replacement pipe and the undamaged pipe ends. After the water is clean, the electric welding sleeve can be used for power welding. The current production specification of electric sleeve can reach dn800mm, the price is relatively high. This kind of connection is often used in gas pipeline repair.
